So I bought a 6 piece wing meal for 10.81. The girl at the window told me that it would be a charge for ranch. I've never paid for a dipping sauce when I came through this line so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager told the girl at the window to tell me she was busy so I asked for a refund. The manager then had no choice bit to come to the window. Then they both had attitudes because I guess I inconvenienced them. The manager then proceeded to curse me out and call me out of my name. This will be the last time I attempt to patronize Golden Chic. I will take my money elsewhere. Why ch

Food is cool, tasted like it been sitting there all day. Ordered a 9 pc wing, got 7. Didn’t get zing sauce or ranch that was requested. Just check order before you leave.

I visited this location a couple of weeks ago and ordered the Spicy Golden Tenders meal with Jalapeño Poppers for the side. The tenders were delicious as normal, as were the poppers. The temperature of the food was perfect and the service was great. The staff were nice and friendly! I will be back again. As a matter of fact, I’m sitting in the parking lot right now writing this review and I’m about to go in and grab some more!
