I was really impressed with this Panera as my last few experiences with Panera have not been the best (at Lubbock and Dallas locations). The food was hot and very tasty and the bread was as delicious as ever. This location is keeping the Panera of my childhood alive and I’ll definitely be back to get my favorite nostalgic meal here.

A good place to eat a quick bite that’s healthy and delicious. Me and my husband love to come to this Panera bread often. There are plenty of vegetarian options too. My favorite is the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and Creamy tomato soup. Also they have other vegetarian options. My husband loves the Fuji apple chicken salad and gets a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. They also have plenty of other vegetarian options and the best part it you can order a half and half combo if you can’t eat too much where you can mix and match between soup salads sandwiches and other things. We love this place

They get your order correct maybe 50% of the time. Even if I order on the kiosk and check that everything is correct, I will receive wrong items. It’s really a pain to have to go back and correct them. The tables are always covered in crumbs and the carpet has a stench that you don’t really get used to while dining in. If you go through the drive through, be ready to wait at least 15 minutes. Overall food is fine but I avoid usually due to the above.

The service is amazing and have the best customer service. I went with my 5 year old granddaughter and she ordered kids grilled cheese sandwich. After a bite she did not like it and wanted Mac and cheese instead. Without any questions the manager on duty was happy to switch the grilled cheese for Mac and cheese. Everyone was happy and I really appreciated it. Will go there a lot more.
