Went through the drive through. The car innfront of me paid for my food as a kindness, pay it forward gesture. That was nice....and completely un expected. You truly never know. MN is full of lovely humans❤️

My wife ordered a pick two half sandwich half soup meal (this is her standard order that she’s gotten multiple times). When we received our order the sandwich was a quarter of the size it normally is, it was even smaller than the bread chunk she received with the meal. I asked the lady at the counter if this was right and if we could get an updated sandwich and she said no with no further discussion. Overall it was not a great experience or value. I’d caution people from coming here.

Panera used to have food that was better than fast food. Now it’s worse. The chicken that comes on salads is dog food quality. It’s the texture of gel. Made me gag. Also could your food portions be any smaller? I used to get full on a salad here.

Our delivery order was missing a few things. I called. Honest mistakes happen. What doesn't happen enough is the way THIS Panera handled it. They went above and beyond to make it right, endearing us to this neighborhood location. When you're a mom of 3, exhausted, all you want is a reliable win. Their family meal deal has been that for us. And no matter where we are in the country. We love a Panera, but even more, we love this Panera and their dedicated staff.
