i’ve ordered here twice. fist time, they completely forgot my entree and gave me my plate without orange chicken. second time, i ordered: “two bigger plates, double teriyaki and walnut shirmp” WHICH IS EXTRA $$$. not only did they give me a completely different plate, they didn’t give me the shirmp i payed extra for. i actually work at another location and have done many refunds over the phone. they told me they couldn’t give it to me unless i came in and wasted my gas to drive there. i spoke to carlos, natalie, and they both told me to deal with it when i asked if there was another way to get

The server who served our food and cashed us out had an attitude from something prior and had to show it. I asked to sample the Beijing beef for freshness and she snapped back that they dont do that anymore and that it had just came out. I get it, we live in a post covid world, but not providing samples to let the customer know freshness of what they're ordering is wild. Then I ask for a handful of sweet and sour sauce, she makes a face and grabs a bunch of packets and puts them in the bag. Location: Good, Parking: Okay, Service: Decent, Overall: out of the 5 Pandas I go to, I seem to eat at this one the most. I think it is more Location as it is close to Sam's and Costco. But I will admit they keep the food the same with very little change. I have been to some where the care just seemed to be gone, but here it has not changed. So yes I will continue to eat here as long as they never lose their care factor and keep the items as they should be...
