I was so happy that this lovely crew was able to help me out today! I went through the drive-through to order two coffees. Not even five minutes later, I spilled the entire coffee in my car, My breakfast was soaked and so is my car! I came back to the stun King in the not only remember my order but remade my coffee free of charge! The staff was so unbelievably nice and I was so grateful that they remade my coffee for me. And I love when I order a latte and my espresso is fresh! Sometimes I will go to Dunkin’ Donuts and order a latte on the espresso taste burnt. Overall, fabulous experience, l

I've wanted to write this review for awhile now basically I wanted to say that the morning crew over there who I usually deal with they really do such a good job I mean every time I've gone in there the employees are so chill always good vibes even on a Monday morning to find good customer service like that nowadays is rare on top of that it's one of few dunkin donuts that actually make your coffee right almost always just wanted to give a little recognition because I know that line of work isn't easy so just wanted to write this while I remembered.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I ordered a coffee via the app but mistakenly chose hot instead of iced. When I asked the staff if they could remake it, they were incredibly rude. The cashier berated me, told me to ‘read the label,’ and initially refused to help. When I went inside, the manager(big guy)charged me extra despite using reward points. It’s just coffee—employees should not make a big deal about it. Even if it was my mistake, customer satisfaction should come first. This is the worst service I’ve ever had, and I will not return.

Disappointing Experience with Rude Service I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had to return to the store because one of the donuts in my order had been poked. When I originally ordered at the drive-thru around 6:45 a.m., the person taking my order misunderstood me. I asked for a dozen donuts, but he thought I said half a dozen. When I clarified my order, he immediately became rude and completed the transaction with a bad attitude. 6:45 a.m. is far too early to be treating customers with such impatience—especially from someone representing the store.
