This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. So called "family friendly" restaurant. Children should not have to see this while waiting in the drive-thru with their parents. Per employees, management has received several complaints over the past couple of weeks, yet refuses to do anything about it. Will NOT be back and will be sharing our experience.

Culvers is my go to fast food. I think the food here is better than other fast food chains. The burgers are made the way you want them and they are hot when you get them. I like their french fries. I am trying to eat less and the kids meals are perfect size.

Definitely one of the better burger joints around. Here's the deal: The food is made to order, so expect a slight delay. Once it arrives, though, you'll realize it is all worth the wait!! I walked in tonight, ordered, and dined in with less than an hour before closing. Yes, it's fair to expect subpar food and service when a place is about to close, but Culver's did not disappoint. The burger was spot on, the fries were HOT!, and the service was to notch. These other places need to follow this model.
