Staff is friendly and nice, always! Food never disappoints. Management is consistent with sending out offers to try new menu items. Most recently a hibiscus lemonade which was refreshing. They have activities for families and send email invites. Truly they make you feel at home.

The operator, Carlos, was very rude and disrespectful during my visit. Not a single nice thing about him, no smile, isn’t that what Chik Fil A stands for?! being kind and nice. The employees themselves were polite and doing their best, but his attitude and the way he spoke to customers really brought down the whole experience. Management should focus on treating customers with basic respect and professionalism. When I saw him hiring he seemed like the most serious rude person, glad some of them didn’t get hired cause it would suck to work with him!
