I really wanted to like it, I really did! I have to leave honest feedback to help the chef/mgr? out. We ordered two sirloin bavette with mixed vegetables. The dish was underwhelming at the least. The price point is just not worth it at $42. It was extremely salty and just not good. My husband got the ribeye cookedmedium. Part of the steak was okay but the other half was very rare. The chef/mgr? came to our table to ask how it was. My son spoke about how salty the sirloin and mixed vegetables were. He apologized then kindly brought a to-go piece of salmon. Jimmie’s is the hidden gem of Cleburne! My wife and I went out on a rare date without kids. The service was great, the food was absolutely amazing! Definitely far exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait until we get to go back again!

Small town vibe, Big city flavor and flair. Stumbled upon Jimmie’s one late night while looking for a nice steak. All other restaurants in the area were closed or closing. Jimmie’s was one of those restaurants. Called to see if they were open and was told they were in the process of closing for the night. With no other options available, we were just about to settle for fast food, thankfully the owner of the establishment called us and told us to come on in. We immediately rushed to the restaurant.
