Yesterday at 8:35am l ordered 2 bagels with honey walnut cream cheese, and regular cream cheese, with an iced coffee. I made my iced coffee and had to wait for the bagels in the back from the to go area. Normally when you make an order online this is where the pick up orders are, instead of giving me the cinnamon bagel and everything bagel at the cash register where l normally would l had too wait, clearly there were the same bagels behind the glass, fresh n ready. I picked up my to go order, it had the wrong name on it, the name on the receipt was Breana B. I am not this person, also l gave u

I visited this location recently and was really let down by the lack of cleanliness. The moment I walked in, I noticed the trash was piling out of the bins, dust was everywhere, and the coffee counter was so dirty and sticky. Hygiene should be a priority for any food business, and it's hard to enjoy your drink when the environment feels this neglected. I wouldn't recommend this place until they do a deep clean. I hope management takes sanitation more seriously.
