03/26/2026 - First time visiting Potbelly with one of my closest friends at their downtown location before attending a nearby event. We dined in. I ordered their Italian sandwich and made it a combo. The Italian sandwich tasted good. Their bread “must” be toasted before sandwiches can be made and purchased. Nice and spacious restaurant with high top seating, booth seating, and standard seating also available. The decor compliments the brand. Professional service. Parking nearby for a fee depending on the day and time. Decent prices. Enjoy.

The Potbelly has a great downtown location and is always packed during lunch time. WiFi is provided. However, the room is a little small. It may take time to wait in the line for sandwiches. There are many servers, but nobody cleans the trash sometimes. Please train your employees to ask customers to scan the reward code in the app before check out. For sandwiches, the Wreck is my favorite. Mac and cheese tastes awful. The potato soup could be the side.
