I’ve always had positive experiences at this Dunkin’ location in the North Shore Farms shopping center, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I work in a neighboring business in the same strip mall. I regularly purchase from this store for both personal use and for my workplace, often bringing in orders for meetings and staff. I ordered custom donuts and an ice cream cake from this location and from time of order the customer service was fabulous. When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. Donuts were super fresh and ice cream cake was delicious on top of looking great! Just what I wanted!
