I want to take the time to shoutout the staff at the Panda Express in Copperas Cove! My brother and I have been eating there for the past week not only because the food is great, but also because the customer service has been phenomenal! Shoutout to Maddox, Megin, Cynthia, and Cherish who have all went above and beyond to make our dining experience one to remember! Every time I enter the restaurant, I'm greeted with a “Good afternoon!” or “Hey, it’s good to see you again!” Though these aren’t necessary, it does contribute to the overall customer experience and satisfaction. Mary is absolutely wonderful. Very kind and proficient at her job. She assisted an elderly man while I was eating lunch there today. She brought his tray to the table and even grabbed a drink from the fountain. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there!

We arrived at the perfect time, always fresh and hot food. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. We had a delicious dinner, orange chicken, one of our favorite dishes, fried rice and roast chicken. But you can find a variety of different dishes to suit your taste. A place that is always clean to enjoy a delicious dish.

They were out of everything including chow mein, the person on the intercom and in the window (Mia) was extremely rude, rushing us while telling us they don’t have anything and then had a attitude when we payed. I usually love panda but this is the third time I’ve came to this location and been disappointed. Last time i ordered 10 Rangoons and only got 2. The time before that they didn’t even give me the right chicken. As someone who works in the food industry it’s not that hard to be nice. Genuinely hoping this location gets it together.
