Y’all messed up my order and you’re very lucky I didn’t noticed until 3mins before close. I placed an online order for pickup, my partner retrieved the order, I went to the gym to work out. I get home to eat, open my container and see my order is incomplete and incorrect. As pictured below, I didn’t even receive the proper portion for my sweetfire chicken. As the sticker shows exactly what my order is supposed to be, I have a full plate of white rice instead of half/half rice. Felt like I was at home, never had an experience this good. Christian in particular was amazing, he held a wonderful conversation and had excellent portion sizes. The food was all HOT and fresh 🔥🔥🔥. Christian even stood for a photo when I asked. He was the kindest young man I have ever met. I had a disappointing experience at Panda Express this evening. While waiting in line, I observed the server warmly greeting and pleasantly engaging with the family ahead of me. Naturally, I expected a similar level of customer service when it was my turn to order. Unfortunately, the interaction immediately felt different. Her tone became very straight-faced when addressing me. I requested a Bigger Plate with half chow mein and half fried rice as my side, along with an additional side of super greens. Just left Panda Express in Crown Point hungry with NO FOOD after waiting 30 minutes. Not even kidding. order was placed online at 8:29pm, got there early and was told to pull around to front and they would “bring it out”. I wait, 10 minutes pass I see employees not doing anything so I pull around to the drive through for a second time. I was told they were waiting for my mushroom chicken. Another 10 minutes pass while I’m waiting at the window, a huge line forming behind me and a different employee comes to the window and says “what are you waiting for? Sorry that other girl went on her break”
