I ordered a coffee with almond milk and whipped cream, but it was served without the whipped cream and almond milk I went back politely to let the employee know, and instead of checking my order, she immediately told me that is only available upon request. I explained that I had requested it when I placed my order and showed my receipt , but she simply handed me the almond milk and did not add the whipped cream … the lack of customer service

I arrived around 9:00 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, and waited at the register for roughly 7 minutes while 3–4 employees were working. Two employees clearly saw me standing at the cashier, while another was sweeping, yet no one acknowledged me or attempted to take my order. This was not an issue of being short staffed or busy — it was simply poor customer service. I eventually decided to take my business next door. The staff could benefit from better customer service training.
