I literally said no meat in my sandwich and they put meat in there. The order receipt also said no meat and they still put meat in there. There was no addition of cucumbers or tomatoes. I understand mistakes can happen, but how hard is it to READ PROPERLY what an order has written with instructions of what to put and what not to.

From out of town, but very nice compared to my local one. Staff was great, handled our rush of people well. Food was great despite the business, and the general atmosphere is exactly what I would expect. Great location!

Bad news…. Why can’t a person order the great applewood bacon as a “side” for an extra in any meal or just by itself?? It’s used all day long at breakfast and other sandwiches!! Why not as a separate item?? Missing out on a $$ making item!! 😫😫

Lack of common sense. I get that the system defaults to not slicing or toasting the bagel. Sure, that's on me. But to forget silverware on the first order of the day is inexcusable. Not to mention the insane exit door maze on the back entrance. Cater to the customer. Not the other way around. Wouldn't you be embarrassed to see someone struggling to consume your product?
