I haven’t been to IHOP in 20 years but when I saw they had Dubai pancakes I considered it a call to action. I got the combo with 2 Dubai pancakes, 2 over medium eggs, 2 bacon strips, and home fries. A good sized portion of food for $13 pre-tip. The pancakes were soft and tasty and they provided a good amount of chocolate and pistachio cream. The home fries were good also, which surprised me based on appearance. I thought they were going to be underdone, but they weren’t, they were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The eggs were a lil undercooked but not bad, and the bacon was a lil toug

The place was pretty quiet on a Monday might. Good music and excellent friendly service. Good was tasty but not amazing. Still delicious. We had pancakes, kids happy face pancakes and some regular pancakes. All well made. I will return.

William made our night! Good service isn’t even sufficient to what we experienced I felt like we were visiting our friends house for breakfast; warm and welcome :) of course the pancakes were incredible as well & I have no idea what the science is behind why the mozzarella sticks were delicious true but I won’t question it. Will be back for aftr hours pancake dates again!

We stopped here for dinner after riding our bicycles from Daytona Beach. Marley was great serving us today. She was very attentive and friendly. We were served quickly and all was good.
