0 STARS!!! If I could give no stars, that would be a much more accurate review to describe the experience for this wasted visit to this Checkers location. The food was cold 🥶 The Buns were cold and hard. I'm not sure what the objective of this bad service was, but putting a review here does not describe the frustration we experienced as hungry patrons of this popular fast food restaurant. I presume they held on to those cold nuggets and served them when they thought they had fools they could manipulate. We returned everything but the drink. Extremelyterrible experience. Visited this location today. I was busy on the phone and was the only car in the drive so I asked for a moment while finishing a call the Douglasville tornado siren went off as a test and I couldn’t order. Then a employee rudely said if your not going to order leave the drive through line. Stunned as I’m the only car in the drive through “I said the siren was going I couldn’t order during that.” He chimed back she asked three times prior and you didn’t respond. “I said oh you mean the AI voice” I’m the only one in the drive through are you serious? I could literally go anywhere. They rudely sa

C'mon, It's Fast Food, it's a quick bite. Service was good, the food was what to be expected, service time was quick, hence the name Fast Food. Whenever I'm in the area and pressed for time this Checkers is normally one of the places I'll choose to grab a quick, cheap bite from.

I ordered at the Fairburn rd location on Thursday. The red headed guy with the nasty teeth is the most unpleasant, unprofessional human I've experienced in a while. I think he's the manager. I feel if he doesn't like the food industry then he needs to go get another job somewhere else. It makes no sense to work somewhere and act like you didn't even make it through grade school. And to act so miserable and rude to people that have done nothing to you.
