The food was good. Coffee drinks were good. The girl working the front counter was a tad rude. At first glance the dinning area is so spacious and nice but when you sit and wait for your food. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Or maybe we came in after a big rush? Sunday 3pm ish.

The Harvest Meledy salad bowl was only half full for the price of full bowl. Same with You pick 2 deal. It was half sandwich. In the name if Fresh the prices have increased, the portion are halfed. Spent $25 and insufficient even for 1 person. Complete waste of Money. Not sure if this Panera or overall all Paneras are like this. Won't recommend, especially for vegetarian menu.

The customer service that I received from the male manager here was crap!! I paid $70 worth of food and they wouldn’t switch out drinks…. He said it would be 100% loss for Panera I could take the drinks I already paid for but charged me $14 for premium lemonade… like what happened to these restaurants putting the interest of the customer first? The interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be spending my hard earned money here at this location and neither should you!!

Panera is usually very great in every aspect... except for this location. Customer service was bad. Bathrooms dirty smelled like pee. I ordered a CHIPOTLE egg and AVACADO sandwich guess what? No Chipotle, no avacado. I went back and told them if I could get the Chipotle and avacado because it was not there. She made saw me and ignored me while she was talking to someone on the phone. She had her gloves on, she was touching food and holding her phone God knows where it has been right next to the food. I asked a second time and she didn't even apologize she just gave it to me.
