Esmeralda, who I understand may be a shift lead or hold a supervisory role, needs to improve her customer service skills. After receiving an incorrect order at the drive-thru, I went inside to address the issue. I calmly explained the situation, clearly identified the missing and incorrect items, and requested that they be replaced. My receipt was taken from me with an expression that suggested I was at fault, and I was issued a “remake receipt.” Fortunately, I had the foresight to take a clear photo of the order number on one of the food bags still in my vehicle, in case it was needed for ve

i must've visited on an off day or i was just lucky because i pulled in to the parking lot and noticed the drive thru line was empty. i made my way over and there were only 2 cars waiting to get their food. my order was taken by a very nice girl but i didn't catch her name but she told me it had been a slow day as well. the drive thru did start to get filled up as soon as i drove out but all the food we ordered was delicious, hot and ready very quickly.

Me and my family enjoy coming here evenings great place to bring the kids for the indoor playground … put them in the fish bowl n watch them from the other side in silence 🤭❤️ Also I always enjoy the fresh flower arrangements displayed on the tables … customer table service is always on point with the mats for the kids and the mints after meals 😊
