Service here was great and fast. They even brought my food to me when the one dish was done cooking. Different area than I live so there were a few different options than what I'm used to, so I tried them and they were pretty good. The only issue I had was that the tables and floor had not been cleaned in a while (crumbs on tables and chairs with food on the ground, in several locations). The good thing was that this location has lots of seatting.

The staff here is completely rude and could care less about customer service. The cook decided to change the recipe of the dishes on his own and they used yellow bell peppers in the Beijing beef. I waited over 20 minutes for them to make more chow mein just for it to have huge chunks of onion and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. The onion was still cold.

The food is amazing, but I do always have to seem to wait for more to be cooked out of broc/beef, pepper beef, or chicken & green beans. It does make it fresh & good, just so everyone knows you might have to wait, but the staff is good about getting it out quickly if you do. Those 3 items & spring rolls are the best in my option. If you order takeout or delivery there's no chopsticks unless you ask for them directly.

I wish every restaurant had this level of service. The employees were kind, some even smiling which I feel like I haven’t seen at a restaurant in a long time. The food was fresh, and the server didn’t skimp on the portion which was nice. They offered sauces without me asking which was great because I hadn’t thought about it. While I was eating they stopped by and asked if everything was good, surprised me as most fast food places don’t do this. Just goes to show it IS still possible to have good staff in this economy. Plus the registers don’t ask for tips which is also appreciated. The lunch s
