Just left this place, I got home and started eating my Ceasar salad a dead bug was in my salad. I always feel uneasy eating out. I know why I do better meal prepping. I'm very disappointed. Not even going to call and complain.

I visited this Panera location around 8:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience. I have been a loyal Panera customer for over 10 years and visit approximately 3–4 times per week. After placing my order, I waited because my food had apparently been prepared under a different name. Since my orders have always been called under my name, I had no reason to believe the order on the counter belonged to me. We met others here to grab dinner before heading out for the evening. The counter servers were kind and attentive while offering any specials we could do when ordering our food. The food was prepared quickly and was good. We had sandwiches, flatbread pizza, Mac and cheese with drinks. There was also a hot chocolate that looked really good. The only disappointment was when there was a guest shouting out vulgar language, the staff was unaware until informed by other patrons sitting and having to listen to these verbal outbursts until the person was finally removed. Visited Panera recently and had a very disappointing experience. The refreshment station was almost completely empty, which defeats the purpose of offering self-serve drinks. The only option available was agave lemonade, and it did not taste fresh at all—there was a noticeably off, acidic, almost fermented flavor that made it unpleasant to drink. For a place that markets itself around quality and consistency, this felt very below standard. Drink stations should be regularly maintained and stocked, especially during operating hours.
