We had the best ramen here. It's so much better than other places I've tried including Ichiram Ramen at Times Square. The sketches of different animes were nice and funny. We tried the vegan or veggie ramen and Japanese curry ramen, they both were great. The additional lotus root topping was crispy and flavorful. Vegan kimchi and black garlic oil is great. I wondered why don't they open franchise in nyc or dallas. My husband remembered this ramen and after six years it's still the best ramen we ever ate. Though there can be some problems with consistency as when we went there next day I don't

Absolutely loved our experience at Sato Ramen. The spring rolls were incredibly fresh and perfectly fried with the perfect crunch. The fried chicken was cooked to perfection — crispy on the outside while still juicy and flavorful inside. The ramen was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned from the first bite to the last. The teriyaki chicken rice bowl was honestly a dream — packed with flavor and topped with perfectly caramelized onions that brought everything together so well. And the plum sake??!?! Absolutely SENSATIONAL. Everything from the food to the overall experience was amazing. Defin

Always love our visits to Sato. It's also our go-to place to take out of town guests. We were in yesterday and our friend from Ukraine (who has traveled the world) said it was the best Ramen she's ever had! Do yourself a favor and add the pickled shiitake mushrooms and fried lotus root to your Ramen. They also do a perfect soft-boiled egg. Our fave apps are the seaweed salad and Okonomiyaki Fries. Goooo!!!!

I thought it was neat that you are encouraged write your allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preferences on the paper menu. You order at the counter, but the servers bring your food to you and remove your dishes when you're done. They have a hot and cold water dispenser that is also self-serve. You have to grab your own glasses, sliverware, and napkins, too. The friendly workers pour most of their efforts into making fresh and incredible food. The walls are delightfully decorated with sketches from their custo
