We had the best ramen here. It's so much better than other places I've tried including Ichiram Ramen at Times Square. The sketches of different animes were nice and funny. Absolutely loved our experience at Sato Ramen. The spring rolls were incredibly fresh and perfectly fried with the perfect crunch. The fried chicken was cooked to perfection — crispy on the outside while still juicy and flavorful inside. The ramen was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned from the first bite to the last. Always love our visits to Sato. It's also our go-to place to take out of town guests. We were in yesterday and our friend from Ukraine (who has traveled the world) said it was the best Ramen she's ever had! Do yourself a favor and add the pickled shiitake mushrooms and fried lotus root to your Ramen. They also do a perfect soft-boiled egg. Our fave apps are the seaweed salad and Okonomiyaki Fries. Goooo!!!!

Sato has absolutely amazing food. I love the clearly labeled vegan menu items. I thought it was neat that you are encouraged write your allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preferences on the paper menu. You order at the counter, but the servers bring your food to you and remove your dishes when you're done. They have a hot and cold water dispenser that is also self-serve.
