During the school semester, Andrea was extremely nice providing with the best customer service possible, unfortunately the same cannot be said about Paola, I tend to struggle with my Spanish as I grew up a predominant English speaker, Paola looked at me weird because my Spanish is mildly above average, which I find against the Chick Fil A mission of customer service, as a UTEP student, I find this unwelcoming.

It was my first visit there. I had been given a gift card and decided to use it to get my dinner that night. When I arrived, Brooklynn, stopped the task she was doing, and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. She was clean in appearance, friendly and very helpful. When I explained that I had planned on using the digital gift card but was unfamiliar on how to do it, she didn't make me feel like an idiot. She handled everything smoothly and quickly. I don't know, the spicy chicken sandwich lacks a certain, "je ne sais quoi" as they say. WENDYS has them beat. Even Jack smacks harder. BAM! 3 stars for their good service, and their nuggies. A better chicken sandy is in order here. Bordering over-rated....

People here play to much during what supposed to be work. Ugly music blasting from the kitchen, people yelling at each other. A group of 3 employees in the front watching YouTube videos. All while giving out the wrong order. Save you money go elsewhere.
