Went late afternoon and bought a box of 25 pcs munchkins. Not as fresh as I hoped them to be. Place is clean and plenty of free parking. The washroom and the tables are clean. However, the staffs are not as enthusiastic or probably they’re just tired because it’s late in the afternoon.

Probably one of if not the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. People were leaving because they hadnt gotten their drinks. Was there waiting to order and then get food for 15+ minutes. At other Dunkins i get it in like 5 minutes. They need more staff.

Bad costumer service.was Very rude with me . asked for hot latte. They didn't make it hot just mix with milk . worst experience with dunkin ever.

I went on May 12th n got a 24 oz large coffee for $4 20 I go in today may 14th n get a large same order but my cup is a 20 on my price was $4.45. Elmira ny Madison Ave is the worst. The place is always dirty with all them females there all the time it should not have papers all over the floor. Very unsatisfied customer.
