I stopped by the drive-thru yesterday around 5 pm, rushing to grab a quick to bite I ordered a ham croissant sandwich and a coffee, which came out to over $8. To be honest, it was heartbreaking. The croissant was completely dried out, the piece of ham inside was tiny, and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. I ended up having to throw almost all of it away. It wasn’t just about the wasted money; it genuinely felt like being handed scraps after paying a premium. Lately, living around New York and Long Island, it feels like this has become the norm. The lady working at night needs to quit she clearly hates her job. She served me cold hot coffee and when I told her it was cold she called me stupid and showed me attitude and mind you there was no one else there on that store so it cant be because it was busy. she was on the phone and she was upset that I distracted her from her very important phone call. pleas say some time and go else where people. 0/5

I go here every day for my iced coffee fix. The staff is outstanding; they're warm, friendly and helpful.My order is always correct and fresh. Other dunkins around here come up short: weak coffee, not enough flavoring. The one in the North Shore farms shopping center gave me what was supposed to be a iced caramel coffee with no caramel and refused to add any. I drink one every day, and I know what plain coffee tastes like, brother!

Sara and another man were so patient and excellent today. I have anxiety while ordering at drivethrus and I didn’t feel rushed. Also, the matcha banana iced latte is delicious. I recommend this location!
