PL★So unfortunate that my local Charleys is so awful. BEWARE! Meat had no seasoning, extremely dry, overcooked, and cold. Cheese was cold and not melted. They forgot 2 items on the sandwhich. Proportions were underwhelming. This did not taste anything like the Charleys I'm used to. I will not be frequenting this location.
