Ordered a smokehouse sandwich no onion, a bread bowl, and a cup of broccoli soup. What we got: Chicken noodle soup that was nothing but broth and 2 noodles. (out of broccoli, almost out of chicken also judging by the lack of chicken and noodle) A smokehouse with onion No bread bowl One of the employees was in the kitchen talking about “this one girl who tried to get me fired” to another employee? Yeesh I’ll stick to north ridgeville Panera this place SUCKS

A homey Panera that I feel comfortable doing my Devotionals at. The coffee is good and so are the bagels. Just be a little patient when you wait to recieve help at the counter as they are busy in the back.

Sometimes it’s good, other times it’s decent and I’m just grateful to be able to eat. However, they don’t do pup cups anymore. My dog told us we have to dogcot (boycot) this place now. It’s been real Panera.

Very clean Panera, restaurant and restrooms. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not many gluten free options available. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries along with their bread selection. Plenty of parking and very easy to find the location. Drive through window is available at this location. The coffee is great, but the new dispensers suck! They spill coffee all over and are just a pain to use, vegan bad design. Overall good experience and we will be returning.
