The employees here are all so welcoming and great location in central Phoenix. I always order my usual and my salad was made so nice. One of the prettiest nice looking salad with the right amount of size. The only thing is the dining areas are always messy. Thank you to whoever made the salad between pick up time 11:30-Noon. You guys are awesome! Highly recommend!

If you follow me you know I'm very candid and honest. LO, at front counter was delightful, patient and answered my questions as I don't have much opportunity to go to Panera in general. I had questions. I ordered a latte and oatmeal to go. It took awhile and others who came in ordered after me or online who were on the screen got served first. Although it was disappointing, I was not in a time crunch so I just waited. Once my order was ready, I received an apology for the extra delay which to me means missed, forgotten, pushed back in the queue or such. Again, not an issue, I was not on a

I like ordering at the kiosk. No rush. Use friendly. The food is fresh and delicious and many choices for food and beverages. The resteraunt is very clean. But what sets this location apart is the staff. From the moment you step in the door, you are met with friendly faces and greetings. The staff was quick to answer questions and recognizing a need for assistance before I could even ask. I felt the staff loved their job and was happy to have me as a customer, and I told them so. I have a friend with cancer and she had many appointments close by, so I expect we will be in many more times
