HORRIBLE SERVICE!! My sister placed the order 20 minutes prior as I was enroute to pick it up. I got there 5 minutes early, I sat waiting till the exact time. I went to the self-service portal and her name was not there, I put in the code and it said it was invalid. I spoke to everyone there including the manager. The manager accused me of lying and that I know a 3rd party that came and took the order. I asked to just remake the order and he denied. My sister came in to prove purchase and confirm we were the only 2 people who knew the code. They did not believe her and accused her of also lyin
