I wish they would keep at least one well experienced manager or worker on shift with these new employees! I come here frequently almost everyday… recently the new staff just doesn’t care about what the customer wants.. while Jocelyn in a snarky way will take my order the kids in the back are laughing at one like if I had a clown suit on… my smoothies never come out good anymore and when asked to please remake it because it’s just not what it’s supposed to be, the response is no or well I don’t know what to tell you that’s how the smoothie is 👀 they need to stop acting as if they have some au
