Panera bread has gone downhill to the point of no return, introducing new menu items like they are something out of a sci-fi movie, we tried the Asian sesame salad, stuffed bread and may I say the bread was not able to handle the amount of stuff that the staff put into this one, the bowl of soup tasted like a supermarket bottom shelf deli counter, the chicken was so dry and thin that I would not be surprised if this chicken was on a GLP one before it was packaged. The management was extremely friendly when asking for a refund and was happy to help, what a great piece of the staff. It’s too bad

Visited this Panera Bread location for quick take out lunch. There was no one to take an order so everyone was ordering from self-serve screen. Since I don't visit Panera bread often I wasn't sure what to get so ended up with cobb salad. The place was kind of busy but only one person in the kitchen so it was a bit of a wait. She was quick but it was busy. I think the food at Panera is better dine in.. The salad was a bit soggy by the time I was able to eat it.

My expectations for fast food/fast casual dining are typically VERY low, but the level of customer service I experienced here was absolutely abysmal. Management handled the situation poorly, which made an already frustrating experience significantly worse. I submitted a case to Panera corporate (Reference 07126055). At this point, you’ve lost me as a customer, but I’m sharing this in the hope that someone at the company genuinely takes customer experience seriously and uses this as an opportunity to improve. I’ve cancelled my Unlimited Sips Club subscription and will not be returning.

Let’s start with Patricia being too old to be at the register. The reason I’m saying this is because I told her I wanted a cinnamon roll and she rang me up for a refresher that I inquired about but they had no knowledge of. THEN the lady missing her top row of teeth beats me getting mad about not knowing about the drink. Loudly + rudely talking about me to another co-worker. Did not appreciate that.Last but not least let’s not forget the manager Max that has a language barrier and doesn’t comprehend a simple complaint. Max tells me that my complaint will go unheard because I was rude with staf
