Earlier today, I stopped in this location. I arrived early before hot donuts were ready but Rayana greeted me and let me know she would be happy to serve me when they were ready, since she knew I came for the hot donuts and wasn't taking no for an answer LOL!!! While receiving my coffee and donuts, a woman came in demanding a free donut. Raven politely told her of the company policy. She then demanded to see the manager, claiming the staff did not greet her upon entering. The manager, Tammy, came out and politely explained the policy to the woman again. I mentioned that my doughnuts were burned and Evangelina tell me they aren’t as I’m showing her the doughnuts in the broken box that she hands me with glaze all over it. i asked if there were other doughnuts back there and she continued to tell me they weren’t and shuts the window. I’ll never come here again

Stopped in to grab the BOGO dozen for 16 cents and pick up some Easter donuts for the little ones. I can probably count on one hand how many times I’ve been to Krispy Kreme, so I was actually looking forward to this visit. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before being helped—and that was only after another customer pointed out that I had been waiting first. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted yet, so I was just trying to see what was available. I’m pretty reasonable and could tell they might’ve been a little overwhelmed—it was around 9pm on a Friday night. But honestly… there were 3 staff
