Manager on duty Totianna has a very nasty attitude. I wanted to ask a question she walks up frowned up. Gives me an answer that doesn't answer my question..I will never come back with that type of service. Very very rude. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant. Dariois

Love their breakfast compared to other fast food restaurants, but they are either out of what we’re looking for or make you wait 15 min! It never fails. It’s not worth the wait if you can’t get what you’re actually wanting to order.

For all of you ppl who come through the drive-thru and you didn't order ahead, and you're not getting soup, dessert, or a drink...STOP IT! You're holding up the line for those of us who try to make things easier. Nobody wants to sit behind you waiting while they make your sandwiches & salads. It takes too long. Incredible service! Great sandwiches convenient drive-thru family environment. All these are just some reasons why this restaurant is considered to be one of the best. The food is amazing and accurate to your order. The biggest thing that I took away from our visit to this particular Panera was the cleanliness the store was absolutely spotless. Thanks to the staff for making us feel like we were at home.
