S A★I placed a mobile order at 3:45. I went in at 4:15 to pick it up, and it wasn’t ready. My younger brother went in as well to go pick it up, they gave him attitude and disrespect, made him wait 5 min extra for a MOBILE ORDER that was placed at 3:45. You guys prioritize great customer service, yet you don’t have the decency to come out with an order on time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible.

Maybe because its fairly new, but I really hope they keep it up. My go to Dunkin and much much better than most places. I will keep coming here frequently as long as the consistency stays. I recommend this DD to everyone passing by.
alex★★Food came late and burnt, the workers didn’t care enough to communicate which orders were done and which were still in progress resulting in panic within the big crowd of customers waiting patiently in this cramped store. When I finally got my food, I was missing an item. I then decided to order a Berry Burst Dunkin Energy, and they filled the ENTIRE cup with ice. Completely cheating me of my money and time, bad work ethic. Barely anywhere to sit aswell, meaning everyone is standing in large clusters waiting ages for their orders. WILL be going to another dunkin.
