Huge shoutout to the Dunkin’/Baskin‑Robbins team in Suisun City. I came in with my own bag of whole‑bean coffee hoping someone could grind it for me. Every other place I tried either didn’t have a grinder or refused. These folks immediately said yes, cleaned the equipment to avoid mixing flavors, and took care of it with a smile. They didn’t pressure me to order anything — they were just genuinely kind. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

Went through the drive-thru on Sunday, May 3rd around 9:30am and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a place like this. We ordered multiple drinks, including duplicates, and even took the extra step of repeating the order again at the window to make sure everything was correct. Despite that, half of the drinks were still made wrong. What makes it worse is that it wasn’t even busy at the time, so it’s hard to understand how there was that much confusion or lack of accuracy.
