I ordered a coffee from here this morning. It tasted off. I drank not even half the cup. I dumped it out when I got home and found 2 pieces of mouse droppings in the sink. The manager states up and down left and right that the place is clean. She's on top of her staff making sure things get cleaned. She won't do anything about it without evidence. Like give me another coffee or something else. I said I will never buy anything from your store again. She shouldn't be in customer service either. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

If you can avoid this Dunkin', then do so! 👎 Smiling and being even slightly friendly is painless, and it's even free... ..... I've been to this location 50+ times (During both the morning and night shifts). The WHOLE team (minus 2 or 3 people) are cancers of negativity and never-ending complaining and tension announced to the whole store... 🙄 ..... Take it from me. Even the most horrible jobs can be made fun and enjoyable with a good attitude. Hope ownership or corporate takes note and turns this store around. 🙏 - ***Also, cleaning the entry glass really should be done a few times a day..

I went to grab a sandwich and a matcha latte this morning. The person taking my order didn’t hear the “matcha” part and when I went to use the coupon for the latte, it declined. This was peak rush hour. The team worked together to fix the issue and not one of them took out their frustration on me. None of them were stressed out about the line building up. They just focused on fixing my issue. In the end, they made one of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. Shout out to this team. 👏

This is by far my favorite Dunkin. (In the morning anyways) Tyler and Becky are absolutely my favorite staff there. Very pleasant and so sweet. You're very lucky to have people like them there. Also, Jill , Shannon, and other ladies in a.m are great. Afternoon shift is a total different experience and I stay loyal to my morning crew because they know what they're doing! They need a raise!!!😁
