Unfortunately I would have love to say something good about this location but it sad that I have to make a comment like this. Usually of all Dunkin I have visited it’s on the go and a sense of urgency should be taken seriously and quick service is a thing. I saw three customer service people one was busy with back area work and the other was just attending to one drink for a guest. I too come from customer service and I always make an away to get customers to their destination on time. In this type of environment associates need to be train on the register. This place consistently serves subpar coffee. I’ve visited it three or four times, and each time, the coffee has been watered down or stale. I dont the staff is trained well to make good coffee
