The service here since you’re in line is wonderful they’re so polite friendly and very knowledgeable of their menu. The food is so good the kale salad really surprised me it’s was tender with a delicious flavor of lime and coleslaw was crunchy, the grilled nuggets were soft crispy and so juicy the diet lemonade you can’t taste the difference, the only thing I was not a fan of it was our fries were cold and stale. Other than that delicious!

Please educate the young girls working there. It is not okay to disregard a customer’s name and make up another name. I gave them my nickname Rumi. Said it twice, the young girl looked at her friend and said, what did she say, Ruby?! And proceeded to use that. Right in front of me. My pronunciation was clear. I grew up in DC and I taught English.

Come on.. it's Chick-fil-A! They have perfected fast food. I'd prefer lower prices, but it's a seller's market everywhere at the moment. I wouldn't even come here if not for my daughter. We don't care for waffle fries. We always get a classic chicken sandwich entree only. Not sure what happens to the poor pickle slices. Looks like they wilt from the heat of the fried chicken breast. I simply remove them and if I eat it at home I'll put fresh sliced sweet gherkins because they taste better and are crispy.

Workers were stressed and disorganized, and even messed up my drink size, told me they cant change it, then offered a solution completely opposite of what I wanted, and communicated with the person taking my order. They were great, and very helpful, the window definitely was not. Also waited, and unintentionally held up that line, for a total of 24 nuggets. Crew prioritized cleaning and closing tasks, over the backed up line they exacerbated, with interpersonal confusion and miscommunication
