This was my last visit to Krystal's ever!!! Look at the receipt, soda and 5 small sandwiches was $27. The person... Cannot even say the woman at drive through was so freaking rude. Holy cow where do they find the dregs of humanity? She said $27, and I said after you sure you have it right? Her reply was to just look at me. We were excited there was a store in Orlando... Well now I hope it closes. Scummy store, scummy employees!

I have been coming to this Krystal location for years, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. The food quality was unacceptable. The fries appeared to have been cooked twice and were burnt, and the rest of the food was sloppily put together and looked like no care was taken in preparing it. The service was even more disappointing. The employee working the drive-thru came across as rude and uninterested in being there. She gave what felt like a fake smile, rushed through the interaction, and practically slammed the window shut after quickly saying, "Thank you, bye-bye." It was

I recently stopped by Krystal to pick up dinner for my family, and it was a great experience. We went through the drive-thru, and the cashier greeted us promptly. It had been a while since my last visit, so I was happy to see the service and food were both on point. I ordered a family meal, and everything was delicious. The burgers, fries, and apple turnovers were all fresh. I also asked for 4 burgers to be specially made, and they came out perfect. I even called back to ask who prepared the food because it was that good, and I was told it was Niyah and Drew. So if you’re reading this, go ah

I order from Krystal quite often not this specific location but the one on Curry Ford and before that the one that use to be open by the Florida Mall and I have never had beans in my chili cheese fries. The taste is not flavorful. I am not sure if this location does their own recipe but it is not good. I will never buy from this location again.
