Jordan Cook★Attempted to order 5 hamburger patties off of the a la carte menu this afternoon like I usually do from this location. This is around $7. They wanted to charge me for the entire hamburger this time, +$12. I asked why they can't let me order off of the a la carte menu and the manager was telling me that it costs them more money than they charge for the a la carte patties. Hilarious. Will not be returning to this location.

Decided to give it another try after reading a positive review with a recent change in management. This time our order was 100% accurate, food was fresh/hot, and the service was fantastic. Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and the person at the window was super friendly. He had our order out to us quickly even though we had a large order. We're so glad that this location has improved! We'll definitely return.

It's my go to fast food place. However, I had a terrible experience at the Wendy's in Fishers Indiana on 116th st. I had just finished going to two different doctors appointments and was feeling hungry so I decided that instead of trying something new and possibly expensive I'd go for a classic.
