I understand things get busy from time to time, but waiting for 31 minutes for BF afer payment, getting the standard tent # and conducting your business while awaiting your order is the reality of service this morning. Corporate Head Quarters customer service was polite and reassuring so this should be good for customers in the future. I have had a good buy also somewhat negative experience here in 2025 .

Winston Q and his crew are the best and work overtime to give top tier customer service. They are the front line and have really turned the store in this area around for the greater. I come from Far Rockaway to share a good meal and customer experience

The place was disgusting and not clean. Staff standing around doing nothing. Hamburger was burned and dry. Fries were cold and dry. These franchise owners don't care about their business. Managers don't care about keeping the place clean. Employees stand there and do nothing. See photos below. This is why McDonald's is going out of business and should. It's disgusting.
