Corporate Head Quarters customer service was polite and reassuring so this should be good for customers in the future. I have had a good buy also somewhat negative experience here in 2025 .

Mauricio Casanova★The place was disgusting and not clean. Staff standing around doing nothing. Hamburger was burned and dry. Fries were cold and dry. These franchise owners don't care about their business. Managers don't care about keeping the place clean. Employees stand there and do nothing. See photos below. This is why McDonald's is going out of business and should. It's disgusting.
