I am from Chicago and growing up, my favorite "treat" at Dunkin was always the Vanilla Cream Donuts!!! They stopped making/carrying them up by me, decades ago. THANK YOU FLORIDA DUNKIN, you made this 57 year old very very happy by having Vanilla Cream Donuts!!!!! TO HELL WITH THE DIET, I AM ON VACATI0N!!!! The staff was exceptional.

I have been trying to resolve a money issue but neither corporate nor management want to fix this issue, the Hispanic lady was partially rude. i was charged a certain amount and was not given what i paid for. this has happened more than once

I ordered triple mocha frozen but it didn’t taste at all like it should’ve and neither was it frozen like how it should be when you receive it. Went in and told them about it, only to be asked if I wanted more syrup instead of making a new one. This is the first time in all my time ordering from various distant dining locations that my usual drink did not taste at all the way it should’ve.

I don’t know why everyone complaining about this place😞. Lady was so nice, and I liked her coffee even more than in my local Dunkin. Really nice place especially when you’re going somewhere and want to grab coffee.
