Whose bright idea was it to train someone in the drive thru during lunch hours? I was there for 15 minutes, 7 cars passed me in the left lane, eating up my lunch break. Then I parked to where I wasn’t blocking their walk way to the pick up orders and the guy walked out to the center and just said my name, like can he not just walk two feet to the right? It’s always something with this location.

Avenue never seen this place so filthy. Not a single employee anywhere to be seen on the floor. People waiting for tables to get cleared off. Trash all over the floors. But who cares about the customers?Inside obviously not at this place.It's not where their money is. Way to make it know chick-fil-a Flower Mound.

I will be hosting a protest to raise awareness of how awful this location is. I have been to this location twice where I did not receive any sauce at all when it was on my order. On another occasion, they were completely out of Chick-Fil-A sauce and ice cream. I reported the mistakes and only received points. Gave me an order for the complete wrong person. My order is usually missing items. This has happened over 7 times. Truly a terrible Chick-Fil-A. Not sure how this still in business in Flower Mound.

Please double-check orders before customers leave. My order was missing my salad. I don’t eat out much, but my kids love this place, so we were looking forward to it. An employee reviewed the receipt with me before I left, but the contents of the bag did not match the order once we got home. No big deal, mistakes happen. What’s frustrating is that I called the store three times with no answer, then filled out the survey, and still have not received a response 24 hours later. I’d appreciate better attention to order accuracy and follow-up when an issue is reported.
