I have 2 babies. This is the fist experience we’ve had where someone has helped us to a table to get high chairs. I felt that was so attentive and helpful. They also came back with coloring pages, crayons, and a cow hat for my toddler. This was so thoughtful and helpful while we waited for our food, which came out quickly, hot, and delicious! Excellent experience at this Chick-fil-A!

Went to get food after my workout woth my service dog i got a 12 count meal and a large fry 2 pup cups for my dog. When the lady approached my vehicle she purposely held the pup cup out where my dog got it all over the car and my wife was trying to actively get the dog back into the back seat .also didn't get my extra frys this was one of the worst experience ive had at this location. Please train staff on proper etiquette where there is a service dog present. And now I will always check my bag before I leave. 1/5

This isn’t my usual Chick-fil-A location, but I will never return even if it’s the closest one to me. I just waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for a salad. The only reason I’m upset about this is they had me pull up 2x.. I’m thinking sure no problem it’s not gonna take that long. I was wrong! lol 50 cars passed before I got my one salad. Or a response from employees. As if I was bothering them. I paid first and was sitting here first. I even stuck my head out the window and asked, what am I waiting for??? because now I’m running late for my appointment and I’m not even going to be abl

Easily one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve had. Between being reprimanded for selecting the wrong vehicle instead of just confirming the order with us and then being told to move forward to their designated spot. A well trained person for directing and managing the drive thru would probably help tremendously. Food was also cold. Chicken was soggy. Overall just an awful Chick-fil-A.
