This is the most horrible Dunking I’ve been to! Horrible customer service! Horrible staff! They sell Dunking cups but they have never heard of refilling them! That’s absolutely ridiculous!! If this location can’t handle basic courtesy or accuracy, they shouldn’t be serving customers. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone.

I just came from there and ordered a medium iced latte. For $6, this is MOSTLY ice. It's so infuriating. The pic is after I took 3 sips of it. It's half gone. I'm so disappointed. No other Dunkin is like that. They leave SOME room for coffee.

I recently visited this DD for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The early morning atmosphere was calm with a clean and quiet environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the s'mores cold brew and egg cheese muffin both had good flavorful and good temperature. There is ample seating to work accompanied by a subtle R&B soundtrack. The overall vibe is relaxed and the service has been excellent. Thank you.

I ordered a hot coffee with extra cream and sugar and it was so hot even after b lowing it to cool that I burnt my mouth while trying to drink it.
