It’s really disappointing because chick fil a at this location used to be consistently on point and now the fries are ALWAYS awful. I’ve given them multiple chances and sometimes the sandwich is greasy and oily.

We live in NWA and only came to this location after visiting family in the hospital. It’s very apparent that this location doesn’t change their fryer oil like they’re supposed to. The taste of the chicken and fries was so diluted by the taste of the old oil. We also witnessed an older man make jokes to a young girl who was just trying to order a salad. It was all a bit over the top. We visit Chick-fil-A because of the hospitality and quality of food. They’ve got some work to do at this location.

We stopped here on our way through Arkansas to Missouri. The food was yummy and the service was outstanding. Chickfila has a customer service standard (like saying "my pleasure" instead of thank you), and this location was one of the best we've visited. The restaurant was clean and well stocked (napkins, etc. in the dining area). The play area was unique and one that our 19 mo grandbaby enjoyed. Her favorite activity was the wall puzzle that kept her busy for some time while we watched her and ate our lunch just outside the play area.

This location is usually pretty reliable. Unless you go in the morning. Went before school because my sister wanted a frosted dr pepper. Tell me why I was only 3rd in line and was there for upwards of 25 minutes. The employees had horrible attitudes and it wasn't even 8 in the morning.
