The brisket nestled atop a Colorado Sandwich is simply some of the best smoked beef I've ever had hit my taste buds, blends perfectly with the cheeses and the jalapeno has a bite that was surprising spicy. The restaurant itself is everything a smokehouse should be, sans the hillbilly decor normally found at a BBQ joint and the folks working here are respectful and good at what they do.
