Stopped in for one thing only… a Glazed Chocolate donut. Julio and Andrea made this quick donut run delightful! Both were friendly, provided service with a smile and were happy and cheerful. What a wonderful way to start the day… with my favorite donut and fast friendly service. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was electric, customers were in & out, the location was great with easy access and plenty of parking. See you next time😁

I usually have good customer service here, but I needed help today, I was 40 minutes away from another Dunkin that gave me a DONUT with a HAIR on it. All I asked was for a replacement donut I tried to show the guy the hair and he didn’t try to do what a good customer service employee would do and help. Being that it’s all the same chain, I would assume you can replace a 3 dollar donut, he refused. I asked to speak to a manager and they didn’t want to talk to me. I told him to bring a manager and he raised his voice and said “I tried speaking to them”. Sir I didn’t ask for YOU to speak to them,

Gave my dasher a hard time about asking for two extra ketchup packets. Ridiculous. Never ordering from a place that refuses an extra ketchup packet .
